We are thrilled to announce the launch of Decrypt's newest hub: Emerge. Emerge will be the place to find the latest news and insights from the farthest reaches of emerging technology.

Since our launch in 2018, we have relentlessly pursued our vision to build a next-generation media company positioned at the intersection of emerging technology, alternative finance, and culture.

We don’t just cover these topics, we live them. Our day-to-day operations are powered by Web3 and AI. Emerge is our answer to the question at the heart of everything we do: what’s next?

Although Satoshi Nakamoto published his Bitcoin whitepaper in 2008, it took more than five years for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to catch the slightest glimmer of mainstream attention. Now, a decade beyond, Web3 is everywhere.

Where is the Satoshi of tomorrow? What whitepaper, what big idea, what improbable vision will be everywhere in 2033? Emerge is committed to the hunt.

What Is Emerge?
