Position Overview:

As a Senior Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for Rug Radio and Decrypt. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team toward achieving ambitious targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
